These terms apply to the cleaning services you order from us through kleen.hu, by email or by phone. Please read them before booking. If anything is unclear, ask us.

2. Quotes and bookings

The price shown in the online quote form is an indicative estimate based on the information you provide. It is not a binding offer.
After receiving your request, we contact you to agree on the tasks, the final price and the date. The contract is formed when we confirm the booking and you accept it, by email, message or phone.
We may decline a request, for example if the job is outside our service area or scope.

3. Prices

All prices are in Hungarian forints (HUF) and are final: no further taxes are added. They include cleaning supplies.
If a travel fee applies to the address, it is shown in advance in the quote form and in the booking confirmation.
Orders below the minimum order value are charged at the minimum order value.
A surcharge applies if pets live in the home, as shown in the quote form.
If the job on site differs significantly from what was described (for example a much larger area or heavier soiling), we'll tell you before starting and agree on a new price. We never charge more without your consent.

4. Your responsibilities

Give us access to the property at the agreed time, with running water and electricity.
Tell us in advance about delicate surfaces, special materials or anything we should avoid.
Put away cash, jewellery, documents and other valuables, and secure pets if needed.
Make sure the property is safe to work in.

5. Scope of work

Each service page describes what's included. We don't perform work that would be unsafe or requires special qualifications, such as working at height from the outside, treating extensive mould or removing hazardous waste, or moving heavy furniture. We may interrupt a job if working conditions become unsafe.

If you leave us a key, we sign for it when we receive it and when we return it, tag it without your name or address, keep it locked away, never copy it and never hand it to a third party. After the clean we send a short photo report of the cleaned rooms.

6. Cancellation and rescheduling

You can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 48 hours before the agreed time.
For cancellations within 48 hours, or if we can't get into the property at the agreed time, we may charge up to 50% of the agreed price.
If we have to cancel, we'll let you know as soon as possible and offer a new date. In this case you pay nothing.

7. Right of withdrawal

If you book as a consumer, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion without giving a reason, under Government Decree 45/2014. (II. 26.). Send us a clear statement by email. If you ask us to carry out the service within the 14 days, you acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed; if you withdraw after we've started, you pay a proportionate amount for the work already done.

8. Payment

Payment is due after the service, by bank transfer or in cash, as agreed when booking. We issue an invoice for every service.

9. Satisfaction guarantee and complaints

If you're not happy with any part of the cleaning, tell us within 48 hours, ideally with photos. We'll come back and redo the affected area free of charge.
You can send complaints to [email protected]. We investigate every complaint and reply in writing within 30 days.
If we can't resolve a dispute together, as a consumer you may turn to the Budapest Conciliation Board (Budapesti Békéltető Testület, 1016 Budapest, Krisztina krt. 99., [email protected]) or the consumer protection authority of the government office responsible for your place of residence.

10. Liability

We work with care and use products suited to each surface. If we damage something, report it within 48 hours and we'll handle it fairly under Hungarian civil law. We're not liable for damage resulting from existing wear or defects, from items or surfaces we weren't told about, or from following your specific instructions.

11. Personal data

We handle your personal data as described in our privacy policy.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by Hungarian law. The Hungarian version of these terms prevails in case of any difference.
