How the price is calculated
The price is based on the size of your home, per square metre, and includes cleaning supplies. In the quote form you pick the size range and see the estimate straight away. Pets in the home add a small surcharge, as fur and hair take extra time.

Do I need to be at home during the clean?
No. You can let us in and head off to work, or leave us a key: we sign for it, tag it without your name or address and never copy it. We send you a photo report at the end, so you can see the result. More on our Trust & guarantee page.
Can I book regular cleaning?
Yes. Mention in your request whether you'd like a weekly, fortnightly or monthly visit, and we'll agree on a fixed day that suits you. The same cleaner comes every time.
Do you bring your own cleaning products?
Yes, everything we need is included in the price. If you'd prefer us to use your own products, for example for special surfaces, just leave them out for us.
What if I'm not happy with something?
