How windows are counted
The price is per window. One window means one frame with its glass, cleaned on both sides. Balcony doors and larger glass surfaces count as two. If you're unsure, give us a rough description in the notes, and we'll confirm the count before booking.
Blinds and shutters, as well as balconies and terraces, can be added in the quote form.
Safety first: we clean every surface that can be reached safely from inside the home, from a balcony or from a stepladder. We don't work at height from the outside (for example glass façades or skylights that need rope access or a lift).
Frequently asked questions
How often should windows be cleaned?
Two to four times a year is enough for most homes. In busy streets, or near building work, you may want them cleaned more often.
Can you clean windows in the rain or in winter?
Light rain doesn't prevent cleaning, but in heavy rain or frost we'll suggest moving the date, as the result wouldn't last.
Do you clean insect screens?
Removable insect screens can be rinsed and wiped on request; mention them in the notes.
