Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use kleen.hu or request a quote, why we need it, how long we keep it and what rights you have. We only collect what we need to answer your request and provide our services, and we never sell your data.

Providing your data is voluntary, but without your contact details and the details of the job we can't prepare a quote for you. We don't use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we only send you marketing messages if you consented to them on the form.
Who else receives your data
We share data only with service providers that help us run the website and handle requests, and only to the extent necessary:
- Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA): network delivery, security and the Turnstile human verification on the quote form. Transfers to the USA are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
- Telegram (Telegram Messenger Inc.): quote requests are delivered to us as messages in a private Telegram chat so we can respond quickly. Telegram may process data outside the European Economic Area.
- Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland): Google Analytics website statistics, only if you accept analytics cookies. Google may process data in the USA under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
We may also disclose data to authorities where the law requires us to.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- request access to the personal data we hold about you and receive a copy of it
- have inaccurate data corrected
- have your data erased, unless we're required to keep it by law
- restrict the processing of your data in certain cases
- receive the data you provided in a machine-readable format (data portability)
- object to processing based on our legitimate interests

Complaints
If you think we've handled your data unlawfully, please contact us first so we can put it right. You can also lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH; 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9–11; postal address: 1363 Budapest, Pf. 9.; [email protected]; naih.hu), or take the matter to court. You may choose to bring the case before the regional court of your place of residence.
Security
The website is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, access to your data is limited to those who need it to handle your request, and we keep only as much data, for as long, as described above.
