Before we arrive

- Running water and electricity need to be available.
- Let us know about special surfaces (natural stone, oiled wood, fresh paint) so we can use suitable products and techniques.
We handle cleaning only: removing rubbish, rubble or leftover building materials isn't part of the service. Exterior windows can be added with window cleaning.
How the price is calculated
Post-renovation cleaning is priced per square metre based on the floor area, including cleaning supplies. Because every renovation is different, we'll confirm the final price once you've described the job. Photos in the notes help a lot. Start with the quote form.

How soon after the builders can you come?
As soon as the work is finished and the site is clear of debris. If paint or floor finishes are still drying, we'll agree on a date that doesn't risk damaging them.
Why does it cost more than a deep clean?
Construction dust is extremely fine and gets everywhere, so surfaces often need cleaning more than once, and removing paint and plaster spots takes time and care.
Can you clean after a partial renovation, like a new bathroom?
