The home should be empty (or nearly so) when we arrive. If furniture or boxes are still in place, let us know in advance and we'll plan the job accordingly.
Good to know
- Windows can be added separately; see window cleaning.
- After building work, choose post-renovation cleaning instead, which is designed for fine construction dust.
- We don't remove furniture, rubbish or leftover belongings.

Frequently asked questions
When should I book?
Ideally a few days before your moving date, so we can fit the clean between the last box leaving and the handover. Tell us your key dates in the request and we'll work around them.
Do I need to be there?
No. We can sign for the key from you, the landlord or the estate agent, and return it the same way. We send a photo report at the end, which can also come in handy at the handover.
Will this guarantee I get my deposit back?
We can't speak for your landlord, but we clean to the standard landlords typically check: inside cupboards and appliances, limescale and grease. If anything is flagged within 48 hours, we'll come back and fix it free of charge.
