Linen and laundry

How do you get the keys?

Most hosts use a key box or smart lock; just share the code. We can also sign for a key in person once and keep it locked away, tagged without the address, for future visits.

Can you clean on the same day as check-in?

Yes, that's what turnover cleaning is for. Let us know the check-out and check-in times and we'll fit the clean between them.

What if a guest leaves the apartment in a very bad state?

If a turnover needs much more work than usual, for example after a party, we'll let you know and agree on any extra cost before continuing, so you can claim it from the guest if appropriate.
